We accept Paypal and credit cards like Visa, Master. More mobile payment methods are on the way.
Of course, Paypal is an accepted form of payment.

1.Select PayPal as your payment method in the checkout.

2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to continue the payment.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with user data and confirm the payment. If you are not familiar with PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and confirm your payment. You will be returned to the shopping home page and your order and payment will be done.

We will combine the multiple orders and ship them together, which are ordered within 6 hours and the delivery address is the same. Additionally, the total order amount reaches the free shipping ($49.99) we will refund the shipping fee of all orders to your account within 2-3 business days.

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.
You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service via email service@lemifit.com. Please note that you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.
As soon as you make a LEMIFIT purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to get your gear delivered asap. It can take up to 2-3 business days to be packed. Tracking emails can take up to 2-5 business days to be received after the order is placed.

The shipping timeframe is 5-7 business days from the shipment date. Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.

We know that shipping time is crucial to our customers, so we are constantly working to improve the speed at which our gear makes it to your front door.
Some customers have advised that they had experienced delays possibly due to the pandemic, flight delay or other issues. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us via service@lemifit.com if you have not received your gear(s) 2 business days after the estimated delivery.
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via email service@lemifit.com.
Our prices do not include taxes and duties. You are responsible for VAT or other applicable taxes and they are based on the country you are shopping from or shipping to.
We recommend using a carrier that will provide you a tracking method. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to do the inspection and to send out the refund confirmation via email after the returned items arrive at ours.
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise that are in sellable condition with the hangtag still attached along with your proof of purchase for a full refund. But currently the customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please allow 5 business days for us to process your returned items after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise, but we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.

Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
