Order Processing Time

As soon as you make a LEMIFIT purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to get your gear delivered asap. It can take up to 2-3 business days to be packed. Our warehouse only operates on Monday - Satarday during standard business hours, except on holidays.

Tracking

• Tracking emails can take up to 1-2 business days to be received after the order is placed. Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
• If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery

The shipping timeframe is different from the shipping method you chose. Express delivery like DHL, FedEx will take 3-8 natural days from the shipment date; postal delivery will take around 6-14 natural days (Affected by Covid-19, there will be 1-2 day delay on the delivery). Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.

NOTE:

1. LEMIFIT is not responsible for any customs charges that may apply.

2. Orders can't be canceled once shipped out. If you want to cancel the orders, please reach us within 24hrs when the order is placed.

3. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email service@lemifit.com, we will check the shipping status.
